Thanks to a good harvest in Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1621, we get to enjoy a four day weekend every November.

How are you going to spend your Thanksgiving 2012? Stuffing yourself with turkey? Listening to the same stories over and over from family members that are opinionated and loud?

  • Whether it’s art, science or history that intrigues you, Chicago has museums that cover them all. Can’t decide if you want to see the History Museum or the Museum of Contemporary Art? You’ve got four days. See them both!
  • Want someplace a little warmer? How about San Francisco? Check out the Golden Gate Bridge and enjoy a romantic seafood dinner on Fisherman’s Wharf.
  • If Los Angeles is more your style, you’re not alone. Trip Advisor names it Traveler’s Choice winner in 2012. Shop on Rodeo Drive, look for stars in Beverly Hills or just take in the culture.
